Richard's simple way to make a quick and nutritious breakfast for yourself or a whole family.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Rancho’s Breakfast Mix
1 cup rolled oats
Pinch of salt
Enough water to just cover mixture

Optional:
Milk of choice or yogurt to add to soaked mixture when warming on stove for a more creamy oatmeal.

Directions:

Place the 1/2 cup of Rancho Vignola Breakfast Mix in a pot with 1 cup of rolled oats and a pinch of salt. Pour water to just cover mixture in pot. Place in fridge and let soak overnight.

When you take your soaked breakfast mix oatmeal out of the fridge the next morning is the time if you want to add milk or yogurt into the soaked mixture until you reach your preferred consistency. Heat oatmeal if desired, but don’t overcook it!
