You will have to think of a different name if you roll the marbles into coconut!
1/2 cup almonds, soaked overnight
1/2 cup dates, soaked overnight
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 of one fresh coconut chopped fine
1/4 cup tahini or almond butter
2 tbsp cacao or carob powder (optional)
Cacao, coconut, hemp or anything else you would like to roll your marbles in.
Place all ingredients in food processor and mix until "dough' forms into a ball. Form into bite size balls and roll in cocoa, unsweetened shredded coconut.
You can vary the nuts and seeds. You can also roll this "dough" to 1/8" thin rectangle and dehydrate (a low oven works well.)
You can use ground almonds to "flour" your counter.
Break off cookie size pieces when dry and fairly crisp.
