Pear Cream

A tasty dessert side dish.

Ingredients:

1 cup cashews or blanched almonds
1 tsp vanilla
1 qt canned pears or peaches
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp honey

Directions:

Place nuts, salt, vanilla, and honey into blender. Drain pears. Add pear juice to blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Slowly add pears. Chill and serve.
