Great to use for dips, spreads and to add into other recipes.
1/2 cup raw sesame seeds
1 tbsp olive oil or lemon juice
Blend in a food processor until smooth.
Store in a air tight container for up to one month.
Note: Lemon juice will make the tahini more tangy, whereas the olive oil will give a smooth flavor and texture. Your choice will be a matter of taste, and what you will be using it for.
This tahini is a bit thicker then what you will usually find in stores, just add a extra tbsp of oil or lemon juice if you want to make it thinner.
