1/2 cup blanched almonds pinch of salt 1 cup chopped dried pineapple, softened in 1/4 cup water 2 tbsp sesame seeds, ground 1 cup water
Blend nuts well with a little of the water.
Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
Place in sauce pan and cook until boiling. Remove from heat and add 1/2 tsp of almond extract if desired.
Cool and serve over dessert.
