1 1/2 cups whole grain (spelt, wheat)
6 cups water
1/4 cup sucanat
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup nut milk
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped dates
1/4 cup poppy seeds
Soak the whole grains overnight and then cook until most of the water is gone
Add the rest of the ingredients to the whole grains and continue to cook for 30 minutes. Serve with nut cream for a special treat.
