The feature guest in our latest video is Antje Schirwinsky of Crush Bistro in Vernon, BC. With their elegant and original menu, wonderfully paired with wines of the Okanagan and abroad, Crush Bistro really adds some class and sophistication to the Vernon dining experience. Sustainable, organic choices are made by the chefs whenever possible and the menu is light and playful, with something for everyone.

Macadamia nuts are a rich source of minerals, essential vitamins and antioxidants that our bodies absorb very well. As we nut-lovers know, not all fats are alike! Despite their high fat content, macadamia nuts can actually help to speed up the metabolism, when consumed in moderation along with a healthy diet and exercise.
