
Ingredients:
1 cup cashews, soaked
1 cup almond milk
1 cup water
1 cup Irish whisky
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 fl oz coffee
1 tsp vailla extract
2 tsp cocoa powder, dutch processed
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Start by blending the raw soaked cashews with 1 cup of water until totally smooth and creamy to create a cashew cream. Don't be afraid to let you blender run until the mixture warms, the longer you let it blend the more smooth and creamy the final product will be.
Then add remaining ingredients and blend again until everything is totally combined.
