Description:

A meat alternative you can make ahead of time for burgers, chili's, soups and whatever else you can think of!

Ingredients:

1 cup walnuts
1 cup water
– Blend well and add:
1 cup water
1/4 cup onion powder
2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp celery salt
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp Braggs liquid aminos
2 1/2 cups water
– Bring to boil and add:
2 cups bulgur wheat

Directions:

Blend the walnuts and water well, then add another cup of water, the onion powder, salt, celery salt, garlic powder, and braggs and blend until well combined.

Place in a sauce pan and add:
2 1/2 cups water

Bring to boil and add:
2 cups bulgur wheat

Return to boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.

Pour mixture onto two cookie sheets and bake at 200Œ_F for 3 1/2 hours, stirring every half hour. Let burger cool before storing in an airtight container.

Use in chili, soups, etc.
