1/4 cup macadamia nuts and coconut combined kefir 1/2-tsp salt
Soak nuts and coconut in water for 4 hours. Add salt and heat to lukewarm. Let cool then add kefir. Blend and pour into a 1 liter sealable container. Let sit on counter for 24 hours and it should be good to use.
