3 cups walnuts 1 egg white ⅔ cup sugar 3 tbsp orange juice 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp ground nutmeg ½ tsp ground cloves 1 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Add all the ingredients except walnuts in a large bowl and mix well. Then add the walnuts and mix until they’re entirely coated; you want all the crevices filled with the wet mixture.
Spread the walnuts in a single even layer on the lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes. Mix the nuts at the 15-minute mark to make sure they brown evenly.
After baking, cool to room temperature before transferring to an airtight container for storage.
