Blueberry, Pomegranate & Flax Smoothie

Treat your taste buds with this delicious, antioxidant-rich smoothie.

It’s a great way to start your morning or perk you up as an afternoon snack!

Blueberry, Pomegranate & Flax Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp flax

Place all the ingredients in your blender and blend on high until all the ice is crushed.

If you don’t have a high-powered blender, blend your flax first for a few seconds so you don’t end up with whole flax seeds in your smoothie.
