Blueberry, Pomegranate & Flax Smoothie
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup unsweetened pomegranate juice
- 1 cup ice
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp flax
Place all the ingredients in your blender and blend on high until all the ice is crushed.
If you don’t have a high-powered blender, blend your flax first for a few seconds so you don’t end up with whole flax seeds in your smoothie.
