Almond Flax Banana "milkshake" Smoothie

This thick creamy smoothie is a great desert or decadent breakfast.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 ripe banana
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp almond butter, or 6 whole almonds

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined.
