This antioxidant rich smoothie is a great morning boost!
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup unsweetened pomegranate juice
1 cup ice
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tbsp flax
Place all the ingredients in your blender and blend on high until all the ice is crushed.
If you don't have a high power blender blend your flax first for a few seconds so you don't have whole flax seeds.
