Almond Cranberry Granola

We eat this granola when we need a quick healthy breakfast.
4 cups old fashioned oats
2 cups natural wheat bran
1 ¼ cup raw almonds supreme
1 ½ cups dried sweetened cranberries
½ cup pure unpasteurized honey – or agave for vegan
2 ½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Put almonds in food processer. Process to a medium size. In a large bowl combine oats, wheat bran, almonds, and cranberries. Stir to mix.
In small pot, heat honey and vanilla until runny. Pour over almond mixture. Stir until well mixed. Spread evenly into large shallow pan. Heat at 275-300 degrees for 30 minutes. Make sure you stir every ten minutes.
Cool. Put in air tight container. It will crisp as it cools.
