3/4 cup raw cashews
1 – 2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
3/4 cup boiling water
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
Place cashews, water, and garlic in blender. Blend until creamy smooth. Add lemon juice and salt. While running, slowly add oil to the centre of blender. Add herbs of your choice.
