1 cup raw cashews, finely ground
1 cup soft whole wheat bread crumbs
1 cup cooked brown rice
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp parsley flakes
1 medium sized onion, finely diced
1 cup nut milk
2 tbsp Braggs
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp celery salt
salt to taste
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Lightly pack in an oiled loaf pan. Bake at 350_ for 40 minutes.
Serve with tomato sauce or gravy.
