Triple Citrus Electrolyte Drink

This refreshing drink is great for replenishing your electrolytes after exercising or anytime you feel like you need a boost. The chia seeds offer fiber, protein, minerals, healthy fats and omega fatty acids.
1 tbsp honey or liquid vegan sweetener
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/8th tsp unrefined salt
Heat a small amount of water until quite warm but not boiling and mix 1/4 cup in a jar with your honey and salt and stir until dissolved.
Squeeze in the juices of all three citrus fruits, add your chia seeds and then top up with approximately 3 cups of cool water. Taste and add more water if it’s a bit to strong for you.
Place mixture in the fridge for a few hours until cooled, or over night.
