2 cups soft soft bread crumbs (fresh bread torn apart)
2 cups brown rice, cooked
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup thick cashew milk*
1/2 tsp sage
1 tbsp parsley
1/4 cup Braggs liquid aminos
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, diced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp thyme
Stir Braggs into cashew milk and add to dry ingredients.
Mix the remaining ingredients together, then add the cashew milk and combine well.
Bake 45 minutes at 350_.
*Cashew milk: Place 1/2 cup cashews in blender. Add water to 1 cup mark and blend.
