1 cup onion, chopped fine
1/2 almonds or cashews
1/3 cup unbleached white flour
1 tbsp Braggs liquid aminos
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp olive oil
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup water
1 tbsp chicken style seasoning
1/4 tsp sage
2 cups water
salt to taste
Saute onion, seasonings, and celery in olive oil.
Blend nuts in 1 cup of water, add remaining ingredients and blend well.
Add to sauteed ingredients. Bring to boil and stir frequently until it thickens. If you find it too thick, add more water.
