Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Make catmint into a paste by adding the fresh leaves and butter in a food processor or blender, scraping down the sides a few times.
Whip egg and sugar until fluffy. Add catnip paste and whisk again to incorporate.
Mix together the almond flour, chopped almonds, baking powder and salt.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together.
Form small balls and place on a baking pan. Press down gently and press the chocolate chips into the top.
Bake for about 12 mins, until just starting to brown.
