Quick, flavourful and filling you can't go wrong with this recipe in the morning.
1 1/2 cups frozen fruit or berries
1/4 cup rolled oats
2 tbsp Rancho's Breakfast Mix
Place fruit and oats in blender, add 1/2 cup of water or juice and blend. If it's not blending slowly drizzle in more liquid until it just starts to blend. If you're using berries I recommend adding juice instead of water to give the smoothie a more full flavour, if you're using creamy fruit such as bananas and mango they'll add more depth to the flavour.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with Rancho's Breakfast Mix.
