Mango & Fig Smoothie

This bright yellow smoothie is as pleasing to look at as it is to enjoy!
3-4 pieces organic dried mango
2 black mission figs
pinch of salt
Remove the hard tips from the figs, rip the mango slices into a few pieces and soak both in a cup of water in the fridge overnight.
Place almonds in a separate bowl with enough water to cover and soak overnight in the fridge.
Place the soaked fruit in the blender with the water they were soaking in. Drain and rinse the almonds well, adding to blender with the peeled orange and a pinch of salt. Add one more cup of water and blend on high until smooth.
