Brazil Nut Milk | Rancho Vignola

Description:

A great nut milk to drink by itself or to use in recipes.

Ingredients:

1 cup raw Brazil nuts
3-4 cups spring water
optional ingredients:
a tiny pinch of salt
1 vanilla bean
2-4 dates

Directions:

Blend ingredients together at a high speed, then allow let marinate for ten minutes. Strain though a nut milk bag (the foot of a nylon or cheese cloth works well too!) or keep unstained for a more pulpy cream.
