Description:

A hearty and filling breakfast.

Ingredients:

4 cups cooked rice
2 cups crushed pineapple
1/2 cup raw cashews
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
3 bananas
1 1/3 cups water
1 cup raisins
2 tbsp orange juice concentrate

Directions:

Place raisins, rice, and pineapple in a 10 x 13 baking dish. Place remaining ingredients into a blender and blend well. Add to rice mixture and stir to mix. Bake at 350Œ_ for 35 minutes.
