1 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups cooked pumpkin
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup dates
1 tsp maple extract
1/2 tsp cardamon
Blend cashews in a little of the water until creamy. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350_ for 40 minutes.
