Chocolate Chia Pudding

A easy and quick dessert to whip up for a small group.
2 mushy bananas (the riper the better!)
2 tbsp cacao powder or high quality cocoa powder
2 tbsp of your favourite protein powder
1-1/2 cups almond milk
1/2-cup organic chia seeds
A couple drops of stevia or a drizzle of honey (optional; I find it sweet enough without!)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then serve.
Serves 6 and stores in the fridge for 3 days or so.
