1 litre Water
3 Tbsp Tea of choice; Black Tea, Rooibos, Green Tea, Herbal Blend
50 g Dried Fruit of choice; our favourites are Mango, Peach, Orange, and Pineapple
Flavour combos to try: black tea and orange, rooibos and peach, or hibiscus and mango.
Makes 1 litre of Tea
Bring water to a rolling boil and add your Tea and Dried Fruit of choice.
Allow the Tea blend to steep for at least 15 minutes before putting it in the fridge to cool completely. The longer you steep the ingredients, the bolder the flavour. Add Tea using a removable infuser if you wish to remove it before the dried fruit for a lighter, more controlled tea brew.
Once your tea is fully chilled, strain out the Tea and Dried Fruit and transfer to a carafe.
