Kiwi & Peach Smoothie Recipe from: Indra, Vernon, BC
Description:
A great pick me up smoothie!
Ingredients:
2 kiwis
1 peach
3 brazil nuts
1 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup yogurt
1 cup ice
1 tbsp honey, agave syrup or other liquid sweetener – optional
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until everything is smoothly combined.
