1/2-cup raw cashews
2 cups boiling water
1/2-cup nutritional yeast
some herb de provence to taste (or any herb combination you would like)
1 tsp cornstarch
Fresh parsley, chopped
Add all ingredients (minus the parsley, that’s for the finish) into a blender and pulse until smooth.
After blending, transfer your sauce to a saucepan. Heat on medium heat until it boils, stirring consistently.
Once the sauce is removed from the heat, finish your sauce with fresh parsley!
