Strawberry Goji Smoothie

Quick, easy and nutritious!

Ingredients:

1 banana
1 heaping cup strawberries
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp dried goji berries
1 tbsp chia seeds

Directions:

Place everything in a blender and blend on high until smooth. If you find it a bit thick drizzle in a bit of water or milk while blending until you reach your desired consistency.

If you don't have a high speed blender, you can soak the goji berries in water over night to help soften them up for a smoother blend.
