2 cups pumpkin seeds
1 tsp oil of choice, I used coconut
1 tsp braggs or soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
pinch of cayenne pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 350°
In a bowl mix all ingredients together well.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes stirring occasionally or until the seeds start to darken and puff up.
Let them cool on the baking sheet before transferring them to a air tight container.
