Chocolate Protein Smoothie

Chocolate in the morning? Why not!

Ingredients:

1 banana
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 1/2 cup milk of choice

Directions:

Add all your ingredients to a blender and blend on high until well combined.
