Tasty Granola

A tasty breakfast you can make ahead of time for those busy mornings.

Ingredients:

8 cups quick oats
1 cup coconut
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup chopped nuts
12 oz can apple juice concentrate
1 tbsp vanilla
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup cornmeal
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup olive oil (optional)
2 tbsp molasses

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl. Mix wet ingredients and add to dry. Mix well. Bake at 250º for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes to ensure even drying. Turn off heat and leave in oven to finish drying.
