Description:

This dip is inspired by Greek tirokafteri. While it's fantastic on its own, you can also spread it on bread and bake it at 350°F for 10 minutes as a special appetizer.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup blue cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 tbsp butter
1 clove garlic
1 cup walnuts, toasted
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until completely combined. Scrape down the sides of the food processor as needed. Your dip should be quite creamy, but still have some specs of green from the herbs.
