This versatile granola can be eaten straight up broken into big chunks or crumple it up on yogurt or mix it with your favourite nut milk.


1 cup steel-cut oats
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup flax seeds
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seed
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1-2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons orange or apple juice
Handful of raisins


Preheat oven to 300 F
Mix dry and wet ingredients separately.

When both are thoroughly mixed add the wet to the dry ingredients, mix well.

Spread the mixture on a baking tray. Bake for 40 minutes or until light golden brown. Let the granola cool and then break it up into desired size pieces. Store your granola in an airtight container.

Feel free to add any other dried fruits, sweeteners or spices to increase the flavour of this amazing nut free granola.
